Artist Residency in Perigord, France

Our home for the next two weeks is what was once an ancient mill dating back to the 11th century. Our hosts, Louise who is French and Koke who is Spanish, are a couple that met as students of art and design in Barcelona. Together they have renovated what was a long neglected property to pursue their dream, a place to create art and surround themselves with a creative community. Part of the space has an enormous light, cheery atelier where Louise pursues weaving and textile art and a separate workshop for Koke to make sculpture. In addition there are three lovely apartments to welcome their guests.
