23 Sep Thelma Calls Fred at Flintstone Bedrock City, Williams, Arizona
Flintstone Bedrock City near the Grand Canyon, and just north of Williams, Arizona is well worth a visit if not for the smile value you’ll get for a 15 minute walk around. The detail and the signage is just so much fun and I especially loved this wall painting of Thelma calling Fred. They did a great job of recreating what life would have been like living in the Flintstone cartoons, and although the place (built in the early ’70’s) is definitely in need of some upgrading, it’s still got a lot of entertainment value. I loved it!
