Santa Rosa, New Mexico is a sleepy little town right on Route 66 full of good Mexican restaurants. We ate dinner at one called Joseph’s Bar and Grill that our buddies on the Ride for the Relay couldn’t stop talking about. They told us they eat here every year and love it. We had a very authentic and delicious meal and when we walked outside after dinner the sunset took my breath away. I ran to the car, grabbed my camera and went wild driving through town trying to capture this magical moment of dusk with a great sunset to capture as many of the neon signs I could find!
