The Grand Canyon Cafe, on Route 66 in Flagstaff, Arizona is an inspiring story that owes a lot of it’s continued success to the fact that tourists and travelers still drive along this section of the Mother Road. It’s been in operation by the Wong family since 1942 in this exact location. The current owners Freddy and his wife Tina have run the place for the last 30 years. So impressive! They say the chicken fried steak is what they’re most famous for! Bravo to the Wong family.
