13 Oct Diamond Motel Sign
Somewhere after Gray Summit, Missouri on Hwy 100 south of I-44 I found this amazing Diamond Motel sign. Evidently there used to be a restaurant as well called Diamonds. All that remains is the sign, but so happy they’ve preserved it for us to enjoy. I wish I could find out more information about it. Maybe there’s a Route 66 buff from Missouri out there that can fill in some of the details?
