The Joys of Summer

The fabled “lazy days of summer” have always seemed just out of reach for us, something we remembered from the past or basically, what other people got to experience. As caterers, summers were our busiest season. From May through October our calendar was filled with dinner parties, outdoor barbecues and weddings. Our job was helping others create that summer magic while we watched from the sidelines, or behind the scenes…
