Sweet and Sour Lemons

Somehow in looking through the fridge the other day, I uncovered a bag of lemons that had gotten buried and realized we needed to use them before they became shriveled up, dry and juiceless. Then I remembered how much I loved sweet and sour lemons, how easy they were to make and how they keep practically forever.
