Iowa Corn

Many states are justly proud of their corn, think Jersey Silver Queen or the ever-popular butter and sugar from the Hudson Valley or Long Island. I’ve eaten mouth-watering corn in Florida, Seattle, Washington and even Phoenix, Arizona. But we were headed to Iowa, and if any state deserves top honors for its local corn, it’s the Hawkeye state.
