07 Oct Cattleman’s Club and Cafe, Amarillo, Texas
If you drive into Amarillo on old Route 66 (the former commercial strip full of motels and restaurants) you’ll bump right into the Cattleman’s Club and Cafe. I had to stop and get a photo of this sign despite the appearance of the neighborhood, which seems pretty rundown. In doing some research online I discovered that this place has been around for over 30 years and has been a real “happening” spot! It’s open seven nights a week and 365 days a year! It appears the residents of Amarillo really love going here to have a good time!
